Connection help, announcements, wipe discussion, and quick community questions.
General questions stay simple. Player reports and appeals use private email channels while structured website intake remains intentionally disabled.
Connection help, announcements, wipe discussion, and quick community questions.
Account, technical, website, and other non-enforcement questions that need a direct reply.
Infrastructure, formal administration, partnerships, and business matters—not player reports.
Include the player name, Steam ID64 when available, approximate time and time zone, server, a concise explanation, and links to unedited evidence.
Include your Steam name, Steam ID64, ban reason or reference, a clear timeline, and any new context or evidence staff should review.
Structured website intake is being held for a later phase. Use support@snowyyservers.com for private reports and appeals@snowyyservers.com for appeals, and keep your sent message for follow-up.
Use the 17-digit Steam identifier beginning with 7656119. It may appear in server tools, Steam profile utilities, or a copied profile lookup. Do not submit a display name in the ID field.
An unedited clip, approximate time and time zone, server name, reported player name, Steam ID64 when available, and a short explanation of what staff should inspect. Avoid public accusations that could tip off the subject.
Staff may confirm receipt or ask follow-up questions, but privacy, anti-evasion work, and investigation integrity can limit what is shared about another player's account or enforcement.
A clear timeline, the enforcement reason, what you believe was wrong, any new evidence, and an honest account of your actions. Repeating insults or denying verifiable facts does not help the review.
Use Discord for fast community help or email support@snowyyservers.com for account, connection, and website issues. Player reports currently go to support@snowyyservers.com and enforcement appeals go to appeals@snowyyservers.com.
