These terms cover the Snowyy website, game servers, community spaces, public statistics, reports, appeals, and linked services. Server-specific rules remain part of the agreement.
1. Snowyy services
Snowyy Servers operates an independent community website, Rust game servers, status and leaderboard services, support channels, and moderation workflows. Snowyy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Facepunch Studios or Valve.
2. Acceptable use
You must follow the published rulebook and may not use Snowyy services to cheat, exploit, evade enforcement, harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, disrupt infrastructure, automate abusive traffic, submit malicious content, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Attempts to probe private systems, bypass submission controls, access another person's case, or interfere with status, database, Discord, or game-server operations are prohibited.
3. Moderation and enforcement
Snowyy may investigate conduct and take proportionate action including warnings, mutes, removal of gains, kicks, temporary restrictions, or bans. Context, evidence, severity, intent, history, and safety risk may affect the result. A structured appeal requests review but does not guarantee reversal or disclosure of private investigative material.
4. Your submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of text, links, and evidence you submit. You confirm that Snowyy may review, store, copy, and share the submission with authorized staff and service providers as reasonably necessary to investigate, enforce rules, handle an appeal, protect the community, or comply with law.
Do not submit malware, access-controlled material you are not allowed to share, fabricated evidence, unrelated personal data, or content that exposes a victim to additional harm.
5. Public game information
Player names and gameplay statistics may appear in current-wipe standings or server status. Figures can be delayed, unavailable, or corrected when the authoritative game source changes. Snowyy does not promise permanent preservation of any rank, profile, or wipe record.
6. Availability and changes
Rust updates, force wipes, maintenance, attacks, hosting failures, plugin behavior, and other events may interrupt or change the service. Snowyy may modify, suspend, retire, or add features and rules. Material rule or privacy changes should be published before or when they take effect where reasonably practical.
7. Third-party services
Snowyy may link to Steam, RustMaps, Discord, TikTok, evidence hosts, and other services. Their terms, availability, content, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of everything on the destination service.
8. No sale or paid entitlement in this build
The current website does not operate a store or sell gameplay entitlement. Any future supporter program requires separate published purchase, refund, and fulfillment terms and must preserve Snowyy's no-pay-to-win standard.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
Snowyy services are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snowyy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data, recovery of in-game items or progress, or a particular moderation outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
